NOVO LAND benefits from its close proximity to MTR Siu Hong Station and Tuen Mun Station on the Tuen Ma Line. According to actual testing, it takes only around 2 minutes 55 seconds to drive from NOVO LAND to MTR Siu Hong StationB. In future, residents of NOVO LAND can take the proposed Bus Route No.K54 by MTR to get to MTR Siu Hong StationC. Residents can also use the existing Minibus Route No.40 to get to MTR Tuen Mun Station. There will be a circular Bus Route No.50MC from Area 54 of Tuen Mun to MTR Tuen Mun Station, which will soon be put into service, making it simple to get between MTR Tuen Mun Station and V city, the large shopping mall operated by SHKP. The aforesaid three routes will link MTR Siu Hong Station and Tuen Mun Station together, taking the advantage of the two stations connecting to the MTR railway network in Hong Kong as a whole.

Yan Po Road in Tuen Mun, where NOVO LAND is located, will add six new bus linesC that will soon be put into service, including two routes running to and from Central, Admiralty, MTR Exhibition Centre Station in Wan Chai North, Quarry Bay and Sai Wan Ho on Hong Kong Island; two routes running to and from Tsim Sha Tsui (MTR Kowloon Station), Kowloon Bay and Kwun Tong in Kowloon; two routes running to and from Sheung Shui and Kwai Fong in the New Territories, one of which is KMB bus route 67A that runs across the Tuen Mun Road Bus-Bus Interchange facilitating easy access to different districts by various bus routes. This makes the development enjoy a complete coverage of transport network, connecting over 40 bus lines with ease and offering fast and convenient transportation between Hong Kong, Kowloon, the New Territories and various core business districts.

For cross-border transportation or access to the Hong Kong International Airport, residents can take the Citybus Route No. B3AD to Shenzhen Bay Port, or take the Long Win Bus Route No.A34/NA33D to the Tuen Mun—Chek Lap Kok Tunnel interchange and the airport. Meanwhile, the Long Win Bus Route No.NA33D runs across the Hong Kong—Zhuhai—Macao Bridge Hong Kong Port. Tuen Mun transforms to embrace the advantages of the Northern Metropolis and the "Twin Cities, Three Circles"

NOVO LAND is located in Tuen Mun district where the area has undergone a major upgrade and transformation in recent years. SHKP and Transport International are applying to rebuild properties such as the KMB depot located in the heart of Tuen Mun Town with the aim of constructing a large-scale integrated commercial project that can be developed into a Tuen Mun landmark, bringing planned benefits to the area. The planning application includes three business towers and a podium mall, and provides facilities such as a public car park, with a total of about 2,080,000 square feet of gross floor area. It will join with 12 industrial building revitalization projects currently planned in the district, providing a total of about 4,300,000 square feet of gross floor area for commercial useF to create a new North West New Territories Business Area. Tuen Mun is also located next to the Hung Shui Kiu New Development AreaG proposed by the Northern Metropolis Development Strategy. I The clubhouse for the whole development includes a residential clubhouse (including any covered recreational facilities or otherwise for residents' use) with an area of about 59,600 square feet and a communal garden or play area (covered or otherwise) with an area of about 338,000 square feet.
