SHKP Club launched a series of brand-new show flat viewing activities and privileges for members in 2021. The Club initiated the use of digital kiosks and online platforms to collect members' valuable opinions on property purchase in real time to enhance the quality of the Group's properties and services. We organised various online and offline member activities, including the territory-wide "Loving Home with Endless Joy" Competition, interactive parent-child online workshops and themed webinars, as well as the 5G LAB@sky100 guided tour for members to experience Sun Hung Kai Properties' (SHKP's) latest project and services. Diverse property privileges, shopping and dining offers have also been brought to members.

In this era of continuous improvement, SHKP Club sets "Loving Home Learning Together" as the annual theme for next year's Loving Home series. We will roll out a number of related activities to encourage everyone to learn new things with family, enriching knowledge and experience together, as well as growing hand-in-hand on the life journey. The "My Inspiring Family Coaches" Competition will firstly be held, for which participants are invited to share how to engage in mutual learning with their loved ones, and accompany each other to pursue new knowledge, inspiration and personal development, so as to promote a more fulfilling Loving Home life.

This newsletter introduces SHKP's all-new metropolitan core residential development in Kennedy Town, the latest large-scale project situated atop MTR Yuen Long Station, and the great potential of the low-density residences near Wetland Park. We have invited W Hong Kong's Executive Pastry Chef to demonstrate the making of a special Christmas cake, and have prepared member offers on festive desserts, long stay packages and beauty treatments.
