During this epidemic prevention period, various precautionary measures have been implemented to ensure everyone can safely enjoy hotel dining and other services. SHKP Club is now bringing two brand-new cuisine takeaway offers of SHKP hotels for members to enjoy!

Authentic Chinese cuisine takeaway and delivery service is available at Royal Park Hotel, Royal Plaza Hotel, Royal View Hotel and ALVA HOTEL BY ROYAL under Royal Hotels Hong Kong. From now until 31 March 2020, SHKP Club members are entitled to a 15% discount on above service by using promotion code "SHKPC15" to place order and presenting SHKP Club membership card when picking up the food. You can not only savour freshly prepared Cantonese cuisines such as Sautéed Giant Garoupa Fillet with Sakura Shrimp Sauce and Pork Loin, Pineapple, Sweet and Sour Sauce at home or office, but also sample assorted rice and noodle dishes like Braised E-fu Noodles with Black Truffle and Seafood Fried Rice, etc.

Enforcing a series of disease prevention measures to protect our guests and show our care

In order to put guests' minds at ease when using hotel facilities and services during this epidemic prevention period, SHKP hotels have taken various precautions to enhance environmental cleanliness and hygiene of our hotel areas, catering and room services, etc. We aim to provide a safe, comfortable accommodation and dining experience that meets the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness so that our guests’ safety and health are assured.

All hotel areas
  • Increase the frequency of cleaning and disinfection of public areas such as lifts, elevators, telephones, washrooms and lobby with disinfectant every two hours; clean and disinfect the air-conditioning system at least once per week

  • Set up Hygiene Check Station at every hotel entrance with disinfected carpet and alcohol-based hand rub, all guests are requested to have their body temperature checked

  • All staff must measure body temperature, disinfect hands and wear surgical masks before entering hotel

  • Provide staff with guidelines on proper wearing of surgical masks, use of alcohol hand rubs, personal hygiene and temperature check

  • If staff member has body temperature over 37.5 degrees Celsius or influenza-like symptoms, he or she will be arranged to seek medical advice and refrain from work

Food and beverage service
  • Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of air-conditioning systems, restaurants and kitchen areas including cooking utensils and tableware

  • Strictly implement food safety guidelines for food handling to ensure food hygiene; monitor the hygiene condition of restaurants and do follow up in due course

  • All chefs must clean their hands thoroughly before entering the kitchen

  • Food-handling staff must wear gloves and surgical masks during duty

  • Create extra space between tables at restaurants to increase the dining space for guests

Accommodation
  • Strengthen the cleaning and disinfection of room facilities including carpet, air-conditioning filter and bathroom air intake vent

  • All guests are requested to have body temperature checked and fill in a health declaration form while checking in

  • If guest is suffered from fever or other influenza-like symptoms, he or she will be advised to wear a surgical mask and seek medical advice promptly
